I recently stayed at a hotel in Bangkok, conveniently located near BITEC. The room was spacious and cozy, providing a comfortable stay. The front office staff were able to communicate in English well, making the check-in and check-out process smooth. One thing I appreciated was the option to choose from two different breakfast types, allowing me to customize my morning meal. Additionally, the hotel offered free van transportation to BITEC, making it easy for me to attend events and exhibitions. Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as the small bathroom and the need to take a taxi to the nearest BTS station, I believe Koon Hotel Sukhumvit provided a satisfactory experience. I would recommend this hotel for its convenience and comfortable accommodations.

My new year stay at this hotel was great! The room was spacious and cozy, and the lobby was beautiful. I loved the fact that they had an on-site restaurant and bar which served great food and drinks. the location was perfect as it was close to the venue for the New Year's celebration and the traffic was not too bad.

That the hotel was not located near any public transport. It was also a bit difficult to find taxis at times as it was not on the main street, but the security guards were helpful in assisting with taxis.

The hotel is conveniently located near a conference hall, making it a good option for business travelers. the lobby is beautifully decorated, and the front desk staff speaks English well. Some rooms have a cozy and spacious feel. Guests are offered two breakfast options, both of which are good. the hotel provides a co-working space and a nice restaurant. Security guards effectively assist with hailing a taxi.

The hotel may have noise issues due to group tours, which can also affect the behavior of some guests.

The exclusive amenities provided by this hotel were truly luxurious, from the private facilities in the spacious rooms to the well-equipped Spa & wellness centre. the service was exceptional, with the attentive staff always ready to assist us. the indoor swimming pool and sauna were a great way to unwind and relax after a long day exploring the city. the restaurant served delicious cuisine and the in-room breakfast was a great way to start our day.

The outdoor swimming pool was a bit small and there was no night club on site. Despite this minor issue, the hotel made up for it with their sun terrace and beautiful garden area, great for soaking up the sun and enjoying the scenery.

My overall experience was disappointing. the hotel was extremely noisy due to the large groups of tourists staying there.
